Cherry Picked Properties was founded by investor and landlord Daniel Sawyer, after an exhaustive search for a trusted and proactive lettings agent to manage all of his property affairs proved unfruitful. After changing agents several times Daniel decided to create the company that he had been searching for. A company with the highest integrity that offered a personable service to both landlords and tenants.
As landlords ourselves, we like to meticulously keep a firm handle on both expenses and rental levels to ensure that our properties are as profitable as possible.
